What Is Lost or Gained If My Church Stops Using Hymnals?

I have been celibate for 7 years and am praying for a wife. I have a problem with sexual frustration and pornography. What should I do?
I understand your frustration. I didn't get married until I was 35. I went through that whole period that a lot of guys do. We're given the gift of celibacy when we're not married…. You've got to pour yourself into God's Word, into prayer, into fellowship with the saints, and holding each other accountable, and that will really help you during this time. If you can't endure faithfully during this period, of course, there are going to be times when you sin along the way, but, if you can't endure trusting God's faithfulness during this period, then what will it be when you're married? What will be the thing that you can't trust God for then? So, this is a great opportunity to be someone who can come alongside people, and encourage them in the faith. But you've really got to cut all ties with the pornography to do that. — Michael Horton
