At Core Christianity, we constantly strive to help people understand the core truths of the Christian faith. One of the ways that we do this is through our 10-week Bible Studies. At the heart of all our work–radio, podcasts, articles, Bible studies, events, and social media–is a deep confidence that the gospel is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes (Rom 1:16). We’re creating new content and resources to share that gospel message, so that people, families, churches, and communities are brought face to face with the transforming power of God.

Galatians

We’re always tempted to add something to our salvation, to base a little bit of our standing before God on our achievements, our righteousness, or our law-keeping. That’s why Paul writes his letter to the Galatians. This Bible study by Pastor Adriel will help you get the gospel right so that you can live in the freedom Christ has purchased for you.

Gospel of John

The Gospel of John is often recommended as the best place to start for a new believer, and yet its rich truths can’t be exhausted, even by someone who’s been walking with Jesus for decades. Exploring key biblical themes such as salvation, sanctification, and especially the deity, teachings, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, The Gospel of John Bible study is a great resource to grow in your knowledge and understanding of God’s Word.

How to Read the Bible

With sixty-six books written over more than a thousand years by multiple authors, the Bible is more like a library than a book, and because of this, many people struggle to make sense of it. Our How to Read the Bible study will introduce you to the history of the Bible, key concepts that help tie the Old and New Testaments into one cohesive whole, and key ideas from the main sections of the Bible. This study will help you grow in confidence as you read the Bible with greater understanding.

Jonah

Many people know the story of Jonah and the big fish, but few could say why it’s in the Bible. And fewer still understand what Jonah’s calling and message have to do with God’s Son who would come hundreds of years later. Written by Pastor Adriel with Josh Maloney, this Bible study will help you behold God’s mercy and justice as it leads you into a deeper understanding of how the Old Testament points to the work of Christ.

Revelation

Revelation is for the everyday Christian, and yet it can be a daunting and difficult book. We commissioned this study in order to help bring clarity to the Bible’s final book. Written by pastor and scholar Dennis Johnson, this Revelation Bible study will help lift your eyes to the Lamb who was slain for our redemption, reorienting you to the wonderful hope we have in our conquering King.

Romans

Paul writes his letter to the Romans in order to help the church get the gospel right. This gospel is the power of God for salvation, and as Paul proclaims, explains, and applies this good news, he fleshes out some of the most foundational truths of Christianity: faith, righteousness, justification, sanctification, and glorification. The Letter of Paul to the Romans study is a great resource to help you or someone you know understand the core truths of the Christian faith.
