Episode 778 Show Notes
From the Show
When it comes to other religions and spiritual beliefs, I would not say that they’re divinely inspired in the same way that Christianity and the biblical Scriptures are inspired. And yet that doesn’t mean that there aren’t elements of truth in each of these systems.

Can Divine Inspiration Be Found in Other Religions?
Questions in this Episode
- Psalm 118:8 says it is better to put confidence in the Lord rather than man. I was wondering how you can square this in regards to the Covid vaccine?
- What is the prayer of faith in the book of James?
- I was wondering if Buddhist’s theories could still be divinely inspired. I practiced Buddhism for a long time and it seems like he said a lot of things Jesus said and I’m not sure if he got it from the Bible. That seems doubtful. Do you think some of his writings might be divinely inspired, and if not are they satanically inspired?
- What does Paul mean in Ephesians 5:3, when he says, “But sexual immorality and all impurity or covetousness must not even be named among you, as is proper among saints”?
- How do we disciple someone with a mental handicap?
- Why did God free the children of Israel only to let them wander in the desert for 40 years and then punish them for complaining? That seems cruel to me.
