How can you tell the difference between a faithful pastor and an unfaithful pastor
Go to the Bible and look at 1st Timothy 3:1-7, go over to Titus chapter one and look at what the Bible says about an overseer and elders in the church. How do you know if you're being overseen or supported by a biblically qualified pastor or elder? Well, you've got a whole list right there and that is going to be a high bar. So, look at the man's character. How does he manage his family, is he above reproach? In other words, is there a handle to pull somewhere, is there always something coming up about this guy, how does he handle money? One of the clear commands for every pastor is to be free from the love of money. Literally, you can't be an elder, a qualified elder, and have the love of money. — Costi Hinn
