You know Proverbs 15:22 says, “without counsel plans fail, but with many advisers, they succeed.” I think we need to reach out to our family and friends and gather as much wisdom as you can to help you determine that initial career choice, you know, or this potential move to another job. So let me just summarize: what are my gifts and skills, what does my neighbor need, what impact is this job going to have on my Christian life, how does your job fit with a family, and fifth, what do wise friends have to say about these choices. — Mark Green
