How can I discover my spiritual gift?
Check out 1 Corinthians 12 and Romans 12 where Paul gives his teaching on the spiritual gifts and you'll notice that these spiritual gifts are not things that are just for you. Rather, God gives gifts in the body of Christ for others. So, if God has given me the gift of teaching, it's not so that I can merely be blessed by the Word of God and the doctrines of Scripture, but because other people in the body of Christ need this Word of God. And the same is true of every part of the body. Paul says they're all working together, the body is built up that the sum is greater than the parts. — Michael Horton
