Episode 581 Show Notes

From the Show

God writes his law upon our hearts. God’s law, his moral law, is still in effect. Ultimately, it is summarized in what Jesus said, to love God perfectly and love our neighbor as ourselves. None of us really can do that, we have all “fallen short of the glory of God,” but Jesus came and fulfilled the law so that we can experience God’s forgiveness and then he fills us with the Spirit so that right now, in this life, we can begin to hate our sin and love God and his law.
