Episode 476 Show Notes
From the Show
The focus there is that they’re rulers. They are meant to judge. They are meant to operate in this place of authority and to do so in a way that honors God, but they have not. They’ve used their authority sinfully, and so they’re told, you will die like men.
–Adriel Sanchez
Questions in this Episode
1. What if I have been the prodigal son but multiple times? In Hebrews, it sounds like if you fall away, you can’t be renewed to repentance. But Israel always seems to be falling away and returning to God. I guess I just feel the need to exhaustively make sure that I haven’t disqualified myself.
2. In Leviticus 20, there is a long list of sexual sin. Why does God say that they should die? That’s pretty harsh. Why would that not apply in today’s world?
3. What did Jesus mean that we are gods? Isn’t that polytheism or something? Is a part of me divine?
4. What does Zechariah 11:10, mean? Did God revoke or brake his covenant?
