Episode 503 Show Notes
From the Show
Look, God can do whatever he wants. God can heal today. That’s his prerogative. But I know where God has promised to work. He has promised to work every time through his word and through the faithful preaching of his word. That’s where we need to focus. That’s where we need to ground people: in the Scriptures.

Questions in this Episode
1. What book do you recommend to best start a study on the book of Revelation?
2. If God forgives all our sins when we put our faith in him, what about our future sins? Are they also forgiven?
3. My question is from Matthew 11:19. It says the Pharisees called Jesus a glutton and a drunkard. So did Jesus actually get drunk, because why would someone call someone else a drunkard if he didn’t drink alcohol? And just to be clear I’m 100% Christian, my faith and hope are in Jesus Christ, I’m just asking from a secular point of view.
4. Are Christians today called to perform the same miracles as the disciples did in the Scriptures? Preach the word, heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, that kind of stuff.
